VALORANT Agent 15 – What we know so far

As we’ve seen Yoru join the fray as the newest agent, Riot Games is working on releasing agent 15, the next agent to enter VALORANT.

Riot Games is planning to release new agents every two months and we might’ve already seen some teasers and hints at agent 15 following the recent update. Players can find some small flares floating around within VALORANT, possibly hinting at both the release of the new agent as well as his skillset. The new agent has been widely rumored to be a new controller hailing from somewhere in Africa, with Ghana as a possible country following two symbols relating to Ghana being recognized in a visual.

Fans and players have already been theorycrafting on Twitter as to what the abilities of the new agent could be, with some saying the flares might be part of an ability that is able to flash other players and blind them. Another interpretation could be that the orbs are “traps”, which can be triggered by other players, following more of a hunter theme. Others see the orbs and flares as more of a hint to the visual style of the agent rather than the set of skills.

In any case, we’ll have to wait a little while longer until we can get our hands on the new agents. Riot Games will likely keep dropping hints in the upcoming weeks until the eventual release, like they’ve done with Yoru in the past.
