TSM announce all-women VALORANT team, look to compete in VCT Game Changers
After Riot Games announced the VCT Game Changers, more and more teams are picking up all-women VALORANT teams to compete.
This time around it’s esports organization TSM who have announced their new team to enter the women VALORANT scene. Their roster will be headed up by experienced player Catherine “Cath” Leroux, who has a history in CS:GO. She’ll be joined by Emily “mle”Peters, Mirna “Athxna” Noureldin, Katherine “LunarKats” So and Zoe “Zoe” Servais. TSM announced the roster with a video on their Twitter page.
THE HUNT BEGINS 💥
We’re incredibly excited to introduce to you our newest Valorant team. Welcome to #TSM.
Cath reacted to the signing in an official statement. “I’m beyond excited to join a well-established organization like TSM and bring my previous experience from CSGO into a fresh game like Valorant,” said Cath. “My competitive drive never left, and I’m looking forward to competing again under the TSM banner.”
The fact that TSM is now entering the women VALORANT scene isn’t all that surprising, as they were also one of the pioneers when it came to VALORANT as a whole, fielding a roster from the early stages of the competitive scene. “This team represents the core values of TSM,” said Andy “Reginald” Dinh, founder and CEO of TSM. “We wanted the best players to build out our competitive VALORANT presence – and we found them.”
