Riot Games has come out with a first preview into the new Arcana skins for Camille, Lucian, Tahm Kench and Xerath.
The skins were shown in a video posted to the League of Legends UK Twitter account, showing off the look of the skins alongside the animations for the champion’s abilities. The skins themselves are based on an arcane magic theme which feature mostly lighter and darker red colors. These red colors also made it into a lot of the animations alongside a secondary gold color.
Most people are very excited for the new Xerath skin, as most of his skins are pretty basic to say the least and not very imaginative, often being criticized for being simply a recoloring of the champion. His Arcana skin certainly looks to break that trend. The new skins are also very welcome for a champion like Tahm Kench, who only has three skins to date, being Master Chef Tahm Kench, Urf Kench and Coin Emperor Tahm Kench.
The Arcana skins are now live on the Public Beta Environment servers and are likely coming out in the next patch. Earlier we already saw the DAMWON Gaming Worlds skin being released in the newest 11.9 patch.
