More reports of an invisible Operator skin have come from players across Warzone. Similar to an apparent glitch that first surfaced weeks ago, players have seen floating heads running around Caldera. Raven Software have acknowledged the glitch’s return and are actively working on the issue.
The first Operator skin that brought this invisibility glitch was Francis’ Awoken skin. During the developer’s holiday break, this bug appeared over countless Warzone lobbies and proliferated as the glitch became more well known. After almost a week of relentless body-less heads running Caldera, the bug was finally squashed.
❗️ We are aware of the reports that certain skins are appearing invisible in #Warzone. Please standby while we investigate this issue.
Now the Dark Aether skin for Weaver is the skin causing this familiar invisibility issue. Similar to the first time this issue came around, players should expect opponents to exploit this issue until it is fixed. Be prepared to see plenty of Weavers in your coming lobbies and try to avoid the floating heads to the best of your ability.
Unfortunately, while Raven Software are investigating the issue there is currently no timetable regarding when the glitch will be resolved. The ongoing issue can be tracked on Raven Software’s publicly available Trello broad. The project management software was made public to players everywhere in order to increase transparency and provide players with constant updates on Warzone’s bugs.
Several months into the Pacific Patch, Caldera has been littered with countless balancing and bug issues. While the title has struggled, Raven Software have diligently combated these issues as they appear, with the return of the invisibility glitch being only the latest battle.
