Apex Legends: Escape – Release date, new map and new legend

After watching the new trailer, everyone was excited to find out more about season eleven. Season 11 will be released on 02.11.2021.

Stormpoint

The new Map “Stormpoint” is an island with beautiful beaches and idyllic coasts. But don’t be fooled, giant spiders, as well as prowler monsters, are waiting for you. Killing them will drop additional loot.

Even though there are no redeployment balloons on Stormpoint, there is still a way to travel quickly. Gravitycanons will replace the balloons instead. While using these, players are still able to shoot and use their abilities. You can find more information about the new map in another article.

Ash

As already mentioned by EA, the new legend will be Ash. Ash is also known from another game named Titanfall 2, where you can meet her in a boss fight. The trailer revealed that Ash rose of Dr. Ashleigh Reid and now tries to eliminate the humanity inside her. Her lore also has some connection with Pathfinder and Wattson.

CAR-MP

The Apex Legends developers seem to be big fans of Titanfall 2 since the new weapon also has its origin in this game. CAR-MP is short for “Combat Advanced Round”.

The ability to switch between light and heavy ammunition is one of the most important key features of this weapon. This full automatic Gun has a cadence of 846 shots per minute and has a huge recoil, which can make it pretty hard to aim.

Battle Pass

With a new season comes a new battle pass. In season 11 you will find many new skins for Gibraltar, Wraith and Mirage, such as weapons skins for the prowler, Music-Packs, Skydive emotes and more to unlock.
