EA and Apex Legends surprise us with an already known face from Titanfall 2. Ash will join the battlefield in season 11. The new season will be released on 02.11.2021.
Ash, the simulacrum of Dr. Ashleigh Reid
Ash was made out of the combination of a robot body and Dr. Reid’s mind and spirit. She is disgusted by her human side and tries to eliminate the weakness that comes with it. In her trailer, you can see how truly coldblooded this legend is.
The characters Pathfinder and Wattson also appear in the trailer, hinting on a connection of their legends background stories.
Her abilities
Ash is a good pick for players with an aggressive playstyle who want to kill their enemies from a close distance.
Her passive is called marked for death. Deathbox-symbols show up on Ash’s map, every time a player dies. By analyzing them, she then can find the killer.
With her tactical arc snare, Ash throws a projectile which shocks and slightly damages the enemy. The target will be leashed to the projectile, so running away from Ash will get a lot harder.
Her ultimate ability, phase breach, is similar to Wraiths ult. Ash can create a portal, based on her sight. However, she will not be able to go back through the portal.
