CoD: Vanguard – Update nerfs Double Barrel Shotgun again

Sledgehammer Games has once again updated Vall of Duty: Vanguard. Focus of their balancing efforts were the shotguns.

Akimbo Double Barrel Shotgun finally nerfed

Many fans have long complained about the Akimbo Double Barrel Shotgun. Its massive damage and good range have been the bane of many players. Sledgehammer Games finally stepped in now and has reduced the damage.

The attachments have also been taken care of now. Buck and Slug was responsible for the high damage range and subsequently got nerfed. The developers also fixed a bug that gave players a headshot bonus on limb shots.

Killstreaks have also been reworked slightly. Especially a bug that prevented players from retaining killstreaks throughout rounds was fixed. Another exploit that allowed players to have infinite ammunition was also fixed.
