CoD: Warzone – The biggest balance changes in the Mid-Season Update
Call of Duty: Warzone has received its Mid-Season Update on Wednesday. It brought not only the collaboration with Attack on Titan, but also plenty of changes to weapons and attachments.

Most changes were focused on the Assault Rifles. Alpha, Hotel, AS44 and NZ-41’s recoil were all reduced. The shotgun Einhorn Revolving got a small buff to its hipfire speed, while the Charlie SMG’s damage was reduced over medium and long distances.
Raven Software has also turned their attention to some of the attachments in Warzone. Especially the nerf to the Double Barrel Akimbo will be welcomed by many players. Hipfire accuracy was reduced by 40 percent to the relief of many.
While there were also several adjustments to other attachments, like the .30 Carbine 45 Rnd Mag’s increased movement speed, the majority of changes were for Assault Rifle attachments. Mainly the Alpha, Charlie and Hotel attachments were changed with recoil reduction across the board.
