Dota Plus Winter Update released

Valve has released the Winter Update for their subscription service Dota Plus. It features a new seasonal treasure and more.

As Winter comes around Dota 2’s premium subscription service Dota Plus has received a substantial update to get players in the festive mood.

The update not only contains a brand new seasonal treasure, it also adds a new tier to the hero level feature of Dota Plus. The Grandmaster tier allows players to grind up to level 30 to earn another exclusive voice line.

Seasonal quests and the guild rewards were also updated to feature new rewards for the community. The blog post can be read in full on the official website.

While these are welcome changes the majority of players will be waiting for the upcoming large balance patch 7.28, which will also introduce a new hero to the game. It will release mid-December.
