As Fnatic released two of their former players, they brought in two new ones to complete their VALORANT roster once more.
After releasing two of their players in the form of Kostas “tsack” Theodoropoulos and Muhammad “Moe40” Hariff following mediocre results in the past months, Fnatic went looking to once again complete their roster. After rumors of CS:GO veteran Olofmeister joining, they eventually signed Nikita “Derke” Sirmitev and Martin “Magnum” Penkov to the roster.
Derke has been regarded as a top talent in VALORANT at only 18 years old, as he also has a minor history within CS:GO. Magnum, a Czech player, on the other hand has been proving his worth as a VALORANT player for quite a while now and was one of the top players that was still looking to be picked up by a major organization. The pair will join up with Jake “Boaster” Howlett, Domagoj “Doma” Fancev and James “Mistic” Orfila.
Things have been rough for Fnatic, but they hope their recent signings and changes will give them the push they need to be competitive at the top level. “Our vision for Fnatic VALORANT remains the same now as it will be in the future: to challenge at the very top, and compete for the biggest titles that the game has to offer.“

After Fnatic decided to bench Moe following disappointing results, they have now released him from his contract.
Muhammad “Moe” Hariff is no longer part of Fnatic and is currently looking for a new team to play for after he was released from his contract by the team. The organization had previously benched him following disappointing results in the VCT Challengers 1 Stage 2, where they failed to qualify for the main event through the Open Qualifier. There they’d eventually lose to Alliance after an overtime loss on Haven and a 13-6 defeat on Icebox.
Moe himself reacted to the situation on Twitter, tweeting out that he’s looking for a new team while wishing Fnatic well. “I have officially parted ways with Fnatic and am officially a free agent. I wish the boys best of luck with their new roster. Was fun whilst it lasted. I’m still looking for something new after this qualifier more motivated than ever as stated before.“
As Fnatic is shuffling their VALORANT roster, a recent rumor which saw CS:GO veteran Olof “Olofmeister” Kajbjer Gustafsson leave FaZe and join up with Fnatic is gaining a little more traction. Fnatic currently has two spots open on their roster, following the benching of Kostas “tsack” Theodoropoulos, and we might get more information about any new players soon.
