Fortnite Season 4 Nexus War – Everything you need to know
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 has begun. Accompanied by the new Battle Pass Nexus War some of Marvel’s most beloved superheroes enter the fray, including Iron Man.
Fortnite and Marvel launch their next cooperation. Season 4 Nexus War sees the superheroes band together to defeat Galactus on the Fortnite Isle.
Accordingly the Battle Pass rewards include some of our favorite characters: Iron Man, Wolverine, Groot, She-Hulk, Storm, Mystique or Doctor Doom and more.
New Points of Interest
Season 4’s map does seem unchanged at first glance. But there are three new Points of Interest. Pleasant Park was replaced by Doom’s Domain, homebase for Doctor Doom.
The new Battle Pass Nexus War costs 950 V-Bucks. In order to unlock up to eight heroes and villains players have to fulfill certain conditions.
Besides the skins for superheroes players can also unlock 1,000 V-Bucks through the Battle Pass. Gliders and emotes are also once more part of the Battle Pass.
If players want to splurge they can also invest 2,000 V-Bucks to unlock the first 25 levels immediately.
On level 100 players will unlock the Iron Man skin. To fully roleplay Tony Stark, players need to also clear special challenges.
No new season for iOS
The new season will be the first significant content iOS-players are locked out from. Epic Games and Apple are still involved in a legal battle, resulting in Fortnite being banished from the App Store.
The new season is scheduled to end on November 30.
