In a big announcement, Gamers Without Borders presented the CS:GO Elite Tournament, which sees top teams battle it out for prize money to be distributed to charity.

The Elite Tournament is a CS:GO tournament that will run from June 22 until June 27 and sees multiple top CS:GO teams such as mousesports, FURIA, ENCE, FaZe Clan, Ninjas in Pyjamas and more participating. The teams will be split into two groups with two teams making it out and moving on to the semifinals, with all matches being best-of-threes.

The group stage is expected to take up four days, from June 22 to June 25. The teams aren’t playing for nothing, because there’s a prize pool of 1,5 million dollars available, which will be distributed to the charity of the winning team’s choice. The winner will be able to distribute $600,000, while second place gets $300.000. Third and fourth can distribute $150,000. The tournament can be watched on Twitch.
