Aliens: Fireteam Elite (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, PC)
Fans of the Alien franchise, rejoice. Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a brand new third-person shooter that sees you play through a story that is practically a sequel to the Alien trilogy, despite being based on the second film. You have the option of selecting different character classes which you can use to play through various missions in the four story campaigns.
Hoa (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC)
It‘s time for us to show some love to puzzle games, so Hoa might be something to try out this weekend. Hoa is a puzzle-platformer with themes of nature and relaxation. The hand-painted art style is amazingly pretty and nice to look at, the original soundtrack had a lot of work put in and there’s a vast world to explore, all while solving puzzles.
Myst (2021 – Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Mac)
Myst is a name you’ve surely heard before and this is a completely new version of the classic. The original game was rebuilt in Unreal Engine and added a whole lot of new art and sound effects. In the game the player finds a magical book called Myst, transporting you to an island. You’ll have to explore to find a way back, while solving puzzles. The game also features full Virtual Reality support.
