How to get more Pokéballs in Pokémon GO

Just spin Pokéstops. Get to walking or grab your bike and just spin as many Pokéstops as you can. As an added bonus, you can get a whole slew of other items and while you’re at it, you might put some Pokémon in gyms to get some coins.
Level up your account. If you level up you’ll be rewarded with a few Pokéballs, which often go up in quality the higher the level you’re at. It’s not a sustainable method of obtaining Pokéballs, as the experience required gets too high later on, but it’s a nice bonus.
Do the research. There are many research events in Pokémon GO that reward you with Pokéballs and many Field Research you find also gift you Pokéballs for completing them.
Make some friends. Sending over gifts to your friends is a great way to obtain more Pokéballs. If your friend level gets higher, the more you get. A filled friend list is a great asset when playing the game.

When all else fail, get the wallet

If you really need to get some Pokéballs and there aren’t any Pokéstops in your neighborhood or you’re not close to levelling or finishing field research, your best bet might be just to buy them. There are always Pokéballs available in the shop and they often offer package deals. Sometimes they give them away for free, so be on the lookout for those deals.
