Is this CLG’s new LCS roster?

The roster moves seem to keep coming in the LCS as the full CLG roster seems to have leaked, as Christian “IWillDominate” Rivera has tweeted out. The alleged roster sees Finn “Finn” Wiestål (Rogue) and Mads “Broxah” Brock-Pedersen (Team Liquid) join the team at the top lane and jungle positions.

According to Jacob Wolf both CLG and Rogue are working on a deal which sees the former buy-out the remaining contract of Finn. The deal is supposed to go through on November 16 when their current top laner Kimo “Ruin” Hyeong-min becomes a free agent. Aside from Finn and Broxah joining the roster CLG will also shake up their bot lane as they replace Trevor “Stixxay” Hayes with Matthey “Deftly” Chan (Evil Geniuses Academy).

It’ll be interesting to see how these newcomers will synergize with the remaining players Eugene “Pobelter” Park and Andy “Smoothie” Ta. While most of the players have quite some experience under their belt and have been playing for a while, the team seems to consist mostly of passive players that aren’t known for mechanics and playmaking. The jungle-mid duo of Pobelter-Broxah will be key while Finn will probably serve to soak up pressure.

The fans of CLG have very mixed feelings about the reported roster on social media. While some think the team might have the needed talent to be a dark horse within the LCS, other fans are concerned that CLG opted for players such as Broxah and Finn when other options are seemingly still available.
