After first leaks have made their rounds a couple of days ago regarding a possible collaboration between Epic Games and Riot, the developers have now officially unveiled the goods.
Celebrating the release of Netflix series “Arcane”, the manic Jinx makes her explosive entrance to Fortnite. Continuing Fortnite’s track record of high profile crossovers, Jinx’ appearance marks the first time a character from a Riot game shows up outside of their titles.
This will be the second large collaboration Riot started around the launch of their animated series after PUBG Mobile also announced a special event.
The special skin will be part of the “Arcane: League of Legends” set in the in-game shop. Besides the special skin, players can also kit themselves out completely. Pickaxe, spray, backpack, lobby music and loading screens will all become available on November 5.
Riot games on the Epic Games store
In addition to Jinx’ cameo appearance in the Battle Royale, Riot will also offer their games on the Epic Games Store. Fans will be able to play League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra and VALORANT through the platform.
