Noble Esports employees leave organization after not being paid
Alice, the former Content Director of the organization, came out with a statement on Noble Esports not paying creatives, directions and social media managers. This came in response to Noble deactivating their Twitter account. “Today, without paying us for our work OR formally terminating our contracts, Kyle has deactivated the @NobleGG Twitter account. I am missing a month of salary, as well as all of my work samples from the past year. It is incredibly frustrating and unfair. It is not our fault that the community has become aware of Kyle’s wrongdoings.”
She’s not the only one who is leaving the company behind, as Partnership Manager Dan “Dizbog” Goodman also posted a statement to his Twitter, pointing towards Kyle McDougal as the reason for the current issues. He goes on to state that trusting the wrong people led to the issues behind Noble getting out of control, with people not being paid for their work.
Noble Esports owner Kyle McDougal reacted to the allegations after a period of silence, bringing the deactivated Twitter account back. He explains how the issue could be attributed to issues with the company bank account and goes on to apologize. “I want to apologize to the individuals who were either delayed payment or have not been paid yet, but you will be paid for your work. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about any staff member or player that has ever been a part of this organization during my time here.”
