A new contender enters the seemingly ever-growing VALORANT scene, as OG has picked up the Monkey Business roster to compete under their banner.
OG announced the signing of the VALORANT roster on their Twitter page, releasing a video alongside the announcement as well as a blog post talking about the signing. The signing of the Monkey Business roster was bound to happen, as they performed really well during the Challengers 1 Open Qualifier in Europe and went on to qualify for Challengers 2 following a win over Guild Esports in the main event.
In a statement founders and co-owners Sébastien “Ceb” Debs and Johan “N0tail” Sundstein explained their entry into VALORANT. “We’ve heard a lot about the game, and were seduced by the idea behind it as well as how serious the ecosystem is already. When the opportunity to get involved with a roster that you like and you believe in arises, you sometimes just have to grab it. It was the same with CS:GO, sometimes the stars align and you have an opportunity to do something really interesting.”

- Kevin “TviQ” Lindström

- Théo “OniBy” Tarlier
- Julien “daemoN” Ducros (Coach)
