Pokémon Unite will give every tainer 2,000 Aeos tickets after hitting 9 million downloads

The Pokémon Company just announced that their new MOBA, Pokémon Unite, has surpassed 9 million downloads on the Nintendo Switch. To celebrate, the developers are gifting every active player 2,000 Aeos tickets. Players can expect to receive their Aeos tickets starting on September 29th.

In Pokémon Unite, Aeos tickets can be used to purchase a variety of shop items. Primarily, these tickets are used to purchase item enhancers. This can amount can purchase quite a bit of item enhancers, exactly 200 hundred to be exact. This amount can be used to upgrade a held item all the way to level 13.

Some of the best items player can look at purchasing and upgrading include Score Shield, Buddy Barrier, Muscle Band, Scope Lens, and more. Players can enjoy these items without paying a cent. This is just one out of several reward programs that The Pokémon Company have launched. For the mobile version, the developers have pledged that 1,000 Aeos tickets will be rewarded after that version of the game hits 5 million downloads.

Pokémon Unite is a Pokémon themed MOBA akin to League of Legends of Dota 2. The game released earlier this year and quickly amassed popularity among players, streamers, and even past MOBA pro players. Featuring multiple modes and a wide variety of playable, recognizable characters, the MOBA has only continued to grow. Players can still sign up and expect to receive this reward if they download and play the game before the 29th.
