Just one more point of damage per bullet was needed to transform the PPSh-41 from one of the worst to one of the best weapons in close quarter combat. You still need to get the best loadout to get the most out of the weapon, so here is our recommendation.

Setup for mobility and short distances
Just like other SMGs the PPSh-41 is best used over short distances. You can build on these strengths with the new suppressor, which will reduce your range a bit, but grant you signficant bonuses to your mobility. The Raider Stock and the Infiltrator Grip will increase your speed even higher.
- Muzzle: Suppressor
- Barrel: 15.5″ Task Force
- Underbarrel: Infiltrator Grip
- Magazine: 55 Rnd Magazine
- Stock: Raider Stock
Allrounder setup
If you only want to carry a sniper next to your PPSh, you need to gear your SMG for medium ranges as well. The GRU Suppressor increases your range while the Septsnaz Grip will help you control the recoil. The optic also helps with further distances, but you can exchange that according to preference.

The buff has definitely made the PPSh-41 a lot more viable, so you should experiment with it now!
