These are the biggest changes in the newest Call of Duty Warzone patch

New and hopefully improved, Call of Duty will start season 2 of Warzone with some massive changes.

Raven Software, the developers behind Call of Duty: Warzone, have released an update on Warzone Season 2 Reloaded. These recently released patch notes are relatively small, however they stand to have massive impact over the game mode itself.

The long waited AUG nerfs have finally landed and may result in greater weapon diversity as likely other ARs like the M16 will likely begin to rise in priority. The base recoil magnitude has been increased, drastically effecting the accuracy of the favored AR. While not completely nullified in its relevancy, the AUG is still partially viable.

Bug and quality of life updates

Aside from this, an out of map exploit on Rebirth Island near Chemical Engineering has been patched. Bugs around ADS firing animations on scopes and some Cold War barrels have also been squashed.

The Tactical map will see several updates. Firstly you can now double-click to place danger pings, names of pingable objects will now be available when hovering over them, and now holding down the ping button for a short time will allow you clear all placed pings at once.

The Operator, Baker, will also see a change as his fourth Operator Mission Objective (eliminating 15 enemies using a weapon with a 2x magnified scope) will also now be properly tracked after seeing some bugs.
