The new update to Warzone contains not only the usual bugfixes and weapon nerfs. Raven Software has also brought back Iron Trials to Warzone – with some changes.
Bren Nerf
The accidental buff to the Bren was quickly recognized by the developers and this patch nerfs it already. Black Ops Cold War’s XM4 also got hit by the nerf bat with a reduction to its damage multiplicator on neck hits.

More HP, less Drones
Vanguard-Royale gets re-introduced to the Warzone Playlist with two important changes. The base health of all players was increased from 100 to 150 to combat the faster TTK.
The second major change concerns the Drones from the Buy Station. With a price tag increase of 3000 Dollar, the developers want to make them more rare in the matches.
Return of Iron Trials
Core piece of the update is the return of the popular game mode Iron Trials. This time on Rebirth Island with a couple of key changes:
- 250 HP instead of 100
- Health regeneration will kick in after 7 seconds instead of 5
- Health regeneration will only heal 40 HP per second instead of 120
- Loot: Epic, legendary weapons and killstreaks are more rare
- Snipers can only one-shot opponents within 30 meters
- Stun grenade duration has been halved
- Medpack regeneration has been halved
But the biggest change refers to the Buy Stations. Prices across the board were all increased:
If you are interested in the Iron Trials mdoe you should keep in mind that it is time-limited. Iron Trials will only be available from March 3 to 17.
