That tanky supports and enchanters like Braum, Janna or Soraka are not exactly known for Pentakills is pretty clear and easy to understand for all League of Legends players. Riot has now revealed which champions have the most Pentakills in ranked matches.

The three top Pentakillers
Samira, Master Yi and Katarina are the three champions with the highest amount of Pentakills. With 0.018 Pentakills per game Master Yi and Samira lead the charge, while Katarina follows with 0.015. Even in Diamond and above the numbers remain significant. Especially Yi’s Q enables him to deal massive damage while not being attackable.
Samira relies on her ultimate for her Pentakills as it enables her to quickly deal massive damage to multiple opponents around her. If paired up with a team that properly supports and defends her it is no surprise that she scores this high on the list. Katarina’s ultimate is similar to that and combined with her mobility result in her pentakilling prowess.
